RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENTS WITH DENTAL PLAN OF CALIFORNIA

RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into and the Town Manager
is authorized , and is hereby directed, to execute an agreement with Delta Dental Plan of
California for continued dental service for the Dental Care PMI Program as set forth in
Exhibit A.
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos extend its agreement
for the Delta Preferred Option Program on the terms and conditions set forth in the
renewal letter attached as Exhibit B.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of July, 1992 by the following vote:
