RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CONFIRMING DIAGRAM AND ASSESSMENT,
AND LEVYING ASSESSMENTS
IN LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992 -1993
WHEREAS, the Town Council intends to levy and collect assessments during the
fiscal year 1992 -1993, within Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District No. 1, an area
of land located in the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Council's resolution directing the filing of an
annual report, Michael La Rocca, Engineer of Work, has filed with the Town Clerk the
report required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos adopted Resolution 1992-
131 of its intention to levy and collect assessments within the assessment district for fiscal
year 1992 -1993 and set a hearing to be held on Monday, July 20, 1992, at a meeting of the
Town Council beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, 110
East Main Street, Los Gatos, California. The Town Clerk was directed to cause notice of
the hearing as required by Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.
WHEREAS, at the hearing, the Council afforded to every interested person an
opportunity to make a protest to the annual report either in writing or orally, and the
Council has considered each protest.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, pursuant to Section
22631 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, that
The diagram and assessment as set forth in the annual report of the Engineer of
Work for Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District No. 1 is confirmed; and hereby
levies the assessment set forth therein for fiscal year 1992 -1993.

of Los Gatos held on the 20th day of July, 1992 by the following vote:
