RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR SALE OF TOWN
PROPERTY AT 817 WEST I STREET
BENICIA, CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is authorized to execute documents necessary
for the sale of Town property located at 817 West I Street, Benicia, California, for a sale
price of $175,000 to Barbara Sorrentino and Joseph Sorrentino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 17th day of August, 1992 by the following vote.
