RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO CLOSE INACTIVE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FUNDS
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized and is hereby directed to
close inactive assessment district funds (list attached).
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the 8th day of September, 1992 by the following vote:

Transfer cash balance surplus of assessment district funds to the General Fund as follows:
- from Jackson Street Sewer, $1,566.04
- from Crescent Hills, $2,025.48
- from Parking District #1, $15,323.49
- from 1965 Park Bond, $210,654.81
Write off the interfund due to /due from between the General Fund and the following
funds:
- Parking District #2, $647.94
- Parking District #3, $635.72
- 1973 -1 Crescent Hills, $1,102.33
- Central Business District, $35,455.79
- Los Gatos Blvd., $11,923.81
