RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH BOLEY CONSULTING ENGINEERS FOR CONSULTATION SERVICES
PROJECT 9302 - STRUCTURAL AND MAINTENANCE STUDY
CIVIC CENTER AND NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER COMPLEXES
RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos contract an agreement Boley Consulting
Engineers for consultation services - Project 9302 - Structural and Maintenance Study -
Civic Center and Neighborhood Center Buildings and that the Town Manager is authorized,
and is hereby directed to execute the contract attached as Exhibit A in the name and on
behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 21st
day of September, 1992, by the following vote:
