RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING WILLIAM KRAUS AND GERALD MIRASSOU
FOR THEIR SERVICE TO THE TOWN AND COMMUNITY
WHEREAS, William Kraus and Gerald Mirassou have served the Town of Los
Gatos as members of the Mobile Home Council Committee's "Working Committee "; and
WHEREAS, William Kraus and Gerald Mirassou have unselfishly contributed
their time, energies and knowledge to the Community by assisting with the development of
the Los Gatos Mobile Home Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service
deserves special recognition;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that the Los Gatos Town Council
does hereby render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to William
Kraus and Gerald Mirassou for their service to the Town and its citizens.

Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of October, 1992, by the following
