RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPOINTING
THE TOWN MANAGER TO ACT AS TOWN ENGINEER
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERFORMING THE RESPONSIBILITIES
SET FORTH IN TOWN CODE SECTION 2.30.025(D)
WHEREAS, The Town Code Section 2.30.025(d) authorizes the Town Engineer to
accept conveyances to the Town of interests in real property; and
WHEREAS, The organizational structure of the Town has changed since adoption
of the predecessor of Section 2.30.025(d) so that the Town no longer has a Town
Engineer; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to delegate this authority.
RESOLVED: That the Town Manager is hereby authorized to act as the Town
Engineer for the purposes of accepting conveyances of interests in real property as set forth
in the Town Code Section 2.30.025(d).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of November 1992, by the following vote:
