RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO RELEASE TWO VENDORS
FROM BID RESPONSE AND PURCHASE THREE PERSONAL COMPUTERS AND
THREE DISPLAYS FROM WOLF COMPUTER IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $14,550
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos release Mawson Computer and
Cedar Computer from bid response and purchase three personal computers and three
displays from Wolf Computer in an amount not to exceed $14,550, and that the Town
Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to make said release and purchase in the
name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of December, 1992 by the following
vote:
