RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
FOR MEMBERSHIP IN (U.S.A.)
UNDERGROUND SERVICE ALERT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager be authorized to enter into a
membership agreement with (U.S.A.) Underground Service Alert (attached as Exhibit A).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of December 1992, by the following vote:
