RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACT
SUB - COMMITTEE FOR THEIR SERVICES TO THE TOWN
WHEREAS, the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Sub - Committee has served
the Town of Los Gatos to evaluate Town property for compliance with ADA requirements
from August 1992 to December 1992; and
WHEREAS, during this period they unselfishly contributed their time, energies, and
capabilities to both the Town and the community; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service deserves
special recognition.
RESOLVED: that the Los Gatos Town Council does hereby render, with genuine
appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to the ADA Sub - Committee for their services
to the Town and its citizens as members of this committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the
16th day of February, 1993, by the following vote:
