RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDED AGREEMENT
WITH GEOMATRIX CONSULTANTS, INCORPORATED FOR
OFF -SITE MONITORING SERVICES
FOR PARKING LOT IV
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos amend the agreement with
Geomatrix Consultants, Incorporated for off -site monitoring services for Parking Lot IV,
and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said agreement
(attached) in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of February, 1993 by the following
vote:
