RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH JOSEPH FORD AND ASSOCIATES FOR
LIBRARY AUTOMATION CONSULTANT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Town plans to purchase an automated library system, and
WHEREAS, the Library's functional requirements are highly technical, and
WHEREAS, the purchase contract is a crucial document which protects the Town's
interests,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council authorizes the Town
Manager to execute an agreement with Joseph Ford & Associates for library automation
consultant services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 16th day of February 1993 by the following vote:
