RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH JAMES P. JACKSON FOR INTERIM
TOWN ATTORNEY SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the Town
approve the attached amendment to the agreement with the Interim Town Attorney, and
that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed to execute said agreement in
the name and on behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of March, 1993 by the following vote.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES
WITH INTERIM TOWN ATTORNEY

THIS AMENDMENT to the Agreement dated December 29, 1992, by and between
the Town of Los Gatos, a California municipal corporation (herein "TOWN ") and James
P. Jackson (herein after referred to as "CONSULTANT ").
The first paragraph of paragraph 2 of the agreement, relating to compensation, is
hereby amended by adding to said paragraph the following language: "Notwithstanding the
provisions of this paragraph, CONSULTANT is permitted to work up to a maximum of 155
hours during the month of March 1993."
Except as herein amended, said agreement dated December 29, 1992 shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said parties have executed this Amendment to the
Agreement in duplicate on March 16 1993.
