RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING STORM DRAINAGE
PROJECTS: 9309 (WHEELER AVENUE - YOSEMITE WAY),
9312 (BAYVIEW AVENUE AT MAIN),
9315 (COLLEGE AVENUE AT LOWER GIBERSON ROAD),
AND 9316 (BELCREST DRIVE)
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to
carry out Storm Drainage Projects 9309 - Wheeler Avenue /Yosemite Way, 9312 (Bayview
Avenue at Main), 9315 (College Avenue at lower Giberson Road), and 9316 (Belcrest
Drive) in the Town of Los Gatos; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented
Specifications for Storm Drain Projects 9309 - Wheeler Avenue /Yosemite Way, 9312
(Bayview Avenue at Main), 9315 (College Avenue at lower Giberson Road), and 9316
(Belcrest Drive).
RESOLVED, that these Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS
SPECIFICATIONS - Storm Drain Projects 9309 - Wheeler Avenue /Yosemite Way, 9312
(Bayview Avenue at Main), 9315 (College Avenue at lower Giberson Road), and 9316
(Belcrest Drive)," are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, and are hereby approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the
work specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications, which said advertisement shall be
substantially in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
