RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT
BY AND BETWEEN THE TOWN AND THE
LOS GATOS BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
FOR FY 1992 -93
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the
Town Manager be authorized to execute the lease agreement between the Town of Los
Gatos and the Los Gatos Business Improvement District under the terms and conditions
stated in the lease agreement (Exhibit A).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 15th day of March, 1993, by the following vote:
