RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DESIGNATING THE ENGINEER OF WORK AND
DIRECTING THE FILING OF AN ANNUAL REPORT FOR
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
WHEREAS, the Town Council intends to levy and collect assessments within
Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District No. 2 during the fiscal year 1993 -1994, an
area of land located in the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara; and
RESOLVED, that Michael La Rocca, Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance
Services for the Town of Los Gatos, is hereby designated Engineer of Work of Landscaping
and Lighting Assessment District No. 2, and is hereby directed to file an annual report in
accordance with the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22622
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
