RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY
TRAFFIC AUTHORITY BETWEEN SAMARITAN DRIVE AND LARK AVENUE
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to widen Los Gatos Boulevard from Samaritan
Drive to Lark Avenue from two to four lanes consistent with the Route 85 Performance
Agreement and the Town's adopted General Plan and Capital Improvement Program.
WHEREAS, the Town Council agrees that it is in the best interest of the Town to
have the Santa Clara County Traffic Authority provide services to facilitate property
acquisition for widening Los Gatos Boulevard.
RESOLVED: the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos approves the agreement
attached hereto, and authorizes the Town Manager to sign all appropriate documents to
insure the completion of these services.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 5th day of April, 1993 by the following vote:
