RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
OF ITS INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENTS TO
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
WHEREAS, the Town Council intends to levy and collect assessments within
Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District No. 2 during the fiscal year 1993 -1994, an
area of land located in the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara; and
WHEREAS,in accordance with the Council's resolution directing the filing of an
annual report, Michael La Rocca, Engineer of Work, has filed with the Town Clerk the
report required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested persons are
referred to that report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the
boundaries of the assessment district and the proposed assessments upon assessable lots and
parcels of land within the assessment district.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos of the County
of Santa Clara DOES HEREBY RESOLVE and ORDER that a hearing will be held on
Monday, June 7, 1993, at a meeting of the Town Council beginning at 7:30 p.m., in the
Council Chambers of the Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, California, on the
question of the levy of the proposed annual assessment.
The Town Clerk is directed to cause notice of the hearing as required by Section
54954.6 of the California Government Code and Section 22523 of the California Streets and
Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 19th day of April, 1993 by the following vote:
