RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO CHANGE THE NAME OF
"VASONA HILLS OPEN SPACE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT TO
OPEN SPACE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 3
WHEREAS, the name Open Space Maintenance District No. 1 was a long standing
name for an open space maintenance district formed in 1969; and
WHEREAS, Vasona Hills Open Space Maintenance District is found not to be
compatible with the existing and former method of naming open space maintenance districts
in the Town of Los Gatos.
RESOLVED: that the Town Council hereby changes the name of the former Vasona
Hills Open Space Maintenance District (known to staff as Open Space Maintenance District
No. 1) to Open Space Maintenance District No. 3.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the
day of May 3, 1993, by the following vote:
