RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
PROJECT 9306 - QUITO ROAD BRIDGE
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to
carry out Project 9306 - Quito Road Bridge; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans
and Specifications for Project 9306 - Quito Road Bridge; and
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled 'TOWN OF LOS GATOS
SPECIFICATIONS - Project 9306 - Quito Road Bridge ", dated June 14, 1993, on file in the
Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise,
as required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the work
specified in the aforesaid Plans and Specifications, which said advertisement shall be
substantially in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the
14th day of June, 1993, by the following vote:

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, 110 E. Main St., Los Gatos, CA
95030, until
3:00 P.M. WEDNESDAY JULY 14 1993
for the following project:
PROJECT 9306 QUITO ROAD BRIDGE
at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
This following information is presented to indicate the size of the project and no warrant is made or
intended as to final quantities:
This project includes the purchase, design, construction, and installation of a Wi -eight (2W)
foot by five (5') foot pedestrian bridge, the installation of concrete abutments, and the installation
of asphalt concrete pathway /conforms on each end.
A class "A" General Engineering License is required.
Information for bidders, plans, specifications and forms for bidding this project may be obtained
from Building and Engineering Services, 110 E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032, weekdays,
excluding holidays, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday. A non - refundable fee of $25.00
will be charged per set.
