1993-094-Amending Confidential Employee Classifications, Compensation And Work Rules For Fiscal Year 1993-1994RESOLUTION 1993 -94 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS, COMPENSATION AND WORK RULES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993 -1994 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the compensation and benefits for confidential employees effective July 1, 1993 through June 30, 1994, shall be as specified in the Memorandum of Understanding with the Town Employees' Association for 1993 -94, except as modified in Exhibit A incorporated here by reference. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of July, 1993 by the following vote: COUNCIL MEMBERS: AYES: Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck, Mayor Joanne Benjamin NAYES: None ABSENT: Patrick O'Laughlin ABSTAIN: None SIGNED. OR OF THE TOWN OF S GATOS LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA ATTEST: `7k CLERK OF THE TOWN OF L S GATOS LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA SUMMARY OF ADJUSTMENTS TO CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE'S COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT PLAN 1. Increase cash allocation from $385.25 to $404.52 per month and continue full family medical program. 2. Increase performance bonus to from $1000 to $1100 for 100% goal achievement and from $750 to $775 for 75% goal achievement. 3. Increase tuition reimbursement from $400 to $500 per year. 4. Cash out Sick Leave in December of each year with the following provisions: a. Have 150 hours of accrued sick leave at time of cash out b. 1 -59 months at 25% 60 -119 months at 37.5% 120 months or more at 50% 5. Change vacation accruals as follows: 37 -60 months - 15 days to 16 days 61 -120 months - 20 days to 21 days
