RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CONCERNING AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL PLAN
REGARDING CHANGE OF LAND USE FOR 14115 CAPRI DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to provisions of Government Code Section 65356, the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a public hearing for consideration of
amendments to the General Plan on July 19, 1993;
WHEREAS, during these hearings the Town Council considered General Plan
Amendment GP -92 -7 relating to change of land use.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered this item on May 26, 1993.
RESOLVED: The Town Council finds that the amendment will not have a
significant impact on the environment and that a Negative Declaration was prepared for the
amendment to the General Plan.
FURTHER RESOLVED: The Town Council finds that General Plan Amendment
GP -92 -7 is:
a. consistent with the various elements of the General Plan since the amendment
will provide needed rental housing, will not impact the existing services and streets, and will
promote the use of transit; and
b. that all proceedings have been conducted in compliance with the provisions
of Government Code Section 65350 et seq.
FURTHER RESOLVED: The Town Council hereby amends the General Plan Land
Use Plan for the property located at 14115 Capri Drive as shown on Exhibit A.

of Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of August 1993, by the following vote:
