A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH KUSTOM SIGNALS, INC. TO PURCHASE
ONE (1) RADAR SPEED MONITORING AND DISPLAY TRAILER
PURSUANT TO TOWN CODE 2.50.115
WHEREAS, one (1) radar speed monitoring and display trailer was identified for purchase in
the current fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, staff has closely reviewed the sole bid submitted and recommends the bid be
awarded to Kustom Signals, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that
the Town Manager is authorized to execute an agreement with Kustom Signals Inc. in the amount
of $13,271.45 for the purchase of one (1) radar speed monitoring and display trailer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the 1st day of November, 1993, by the following vote:
