RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AWARDING TOWN MANAGER AN
EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE BONUS
WHEREAS, the Town Council has completed its annual evaluation of the Town
Manager's performance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council hereby awards
the Town Manager a $2,000 exceptional performance bonus for this year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 1st day of November, 1993 by the following
vote:
