RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING RESOLUTION 1992 -128
REMOVING A PORTION OF THE 200 BLOCK
OF NICHOLSON AVENUE FROM THE
PREFERENTIAL PARKING DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that paragraph 1(d) of Section I of the preferential parking
district regulations for the Almond Grove District adopted in Resolution 1992 -128 to read
as follows:
d. Nicholson Avenue, both sides, between Victory
Lane and the western property lines of 153 and
201 Wilder Avenue.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that all remaining portions of Resolution 1992 -128 shall
remain unamended and in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 1st day of November, 1993, by the following vote.
