RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
TO ESTABLISH A REPAIR AND DEMOLITION ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate dangerous structures and (or) conditions when
property owners fail to remedy substandard conditions.
WHEREAS, the Town has adopted by reference the Uniform Housing Code and The
Uniform Code For The Abatement Of Dangerous Buildings which provides due process and
specifies the creation of a 'Repair and Demolition (Fund) Account"
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town Council does establish the Repair and Demolition
(Fund) Account
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 1st day of November, 1993, by the following vote.
