RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT
WITH MISSION VALLEY FORD TRUCK SALES, INC. FOR
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) NEW 1994 FLEETSIDE PICKUP
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into an agreement with
Mission Valley Ford Truck Sales, Inc. for the purchase of one (1) new Fleetside Pickup per
specifications dated November 10, 1993 and that the Town Manager is authorized and
hereby directed, to execute an agreement in the name and in behalf of the Town of Los
Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 6th day of December, 1993 by the following vote:
