RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A LETTER AGREEMENT FOR CITY OF MONTE SERENO
TO SERVE AS LEAD AGENCY FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the West Valley Cities of the Town of Los Gatos, Campbell,
Saratoga, and the County of Santa Clara agreed that professional review of the West Valley
Request for Proposals and Contract is essential to securing a cost effective proposal; and
WHEREAS, Hilton Farnkopf and Hobson have the necessary expertise to
review and comment on the West Valley Request for Proposals and Contract; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds that it is in the best interest of the residents
of Los Gatos to authorize the City of Monte Sereno to serve as the lead agency for
managing these consultant services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Manager be
authorized to execute a Letter Agreement for City of Monte Sereno to serve as lead agency
for Consultant Services.

Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of March, 1994, by the following vote:
