RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC SECTOR CONSULTANTS
WHEREAS, The Town executed an eighteen -month agreement with PUBLIC
SECTOR CONSULTANTS (PSC) on June 24, 1991, for relocation assistance services for
the library acquisition project; and
WHEREAS, The Town has continuously received services from PSC since
contract execution; and
WHEREAS, TOWN and PSC wish to:
1. extend the Agreement to June 30, 1995; and
2. increase the contract limit to $10,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that the Town Manager be and is authorized to
execute the attached Amendment to Agreement with Public Sector Consultants.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21st day of March, 1994, by the following vote:
