RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING THE REQUEST FOR REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT
IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY FRONTING HARWOOD ROAD AT
BELVUE DRIVE (100 BELVUE DRIVE-- MILLERICK) AND
AUTHORIZING DIRECTOR OF BUILDING AND ENGINEERING
SERVICE TO SIGN PERMIT
WHEREAS, the property owner at 100 Belvue Drive has agreed to accept all liability
for his /her fence placed in the public right -of -way; and
WHEREAS, the Town and the property owner have agreed on the scope and
maintenance of the work done in the public right -of -way and the designated area of
encroachment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos that the Director of Building and Engineering Services is hereby authorized to
execute the Revocable Encroachment Permit for Mr. and Mrs. John Millerick at 100 Belvue
Drive, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, on behalf of the Town.
