RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT- 9423 TREE PRUNING
WHEREAS, structural pruning and deadwooding trees is required to prevent liability
problems, and
WHEREAS, staff has determined locations of trees requiring pruning.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to authorize Town Manager to adopt resolution approving plans and specifications for
Project 9423 -Tree Pruning.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 3rd day of October, 1994 by the following vote.
