RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO CONDUCT A
CABLE TELEVISION AND SERVICE REVIEW
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 1994 AT 7:30 P.M.
WHEREAS, Intermedia Associates, owner of South Bay Cable Vision has
requested the transfer of the 4% ownership held by Ray Hernandez to the other Intermedia
partners; and
WHEREAS, Town Code section 7.20.030 requires a system and service review
before any action on the transfer; and.
WHEREAS, South Bay Cable completed the system and service review; and
WHEREAS, the Town Manager's Cable Advisory Committee would be an
appropriate body to hold the public review.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the public review will be held on
November 22 which allows for the 10 -day noticing required by Town Code Section 7.110.025
and adequate time to prepare a staff report on the findings for the December 5 Council
meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of November, 1994 by the following vote:
