RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CHANGE ORDERS FROM CIVIL ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES
FOR LOS GATOS CREEK TRAIL PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos execute change orders from Civil
Engineering Associates for changes required by Caltrans and to reduce project construction
costs, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said
change orders in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of November, 1994 by the following vote:
