RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CHANGE ORDERS FROM MADONNA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR LOS GATOS BOULEVARD WIDENING PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos execute change orders from Madonna
Construction Company for changes required by the Town to meet contingency costs not
known at the time the project was started, to compensate for additional work required to
complete the project around underground utilities not previously identified, and to expand
the project to overlay a portion of existing roadway to provide a continuous smooth
pavement surface, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to
execute said change orders in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21st day of November, 1994 by the following vote:
