RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING
THE TOWN MANAGER TO SIGN LETTER OF AGREEMENT
FOR PAYMENT TO BRIAN KANGAS FOULK FOR PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND FOR CONSTRUCTION STAKING
FOR THE LOS GATOS BOULEVARD WIDENING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town has approved the widening of a portion of Los Gatos
Boulevard from 2 to 4 lanes.
WHEREAS, the Town has retained the firm of Brian Kangas Foulk for the
preparation of plans pursuant to the work order dated August 15, 1994 and to provide
construction staking for the widening project under agreement entered into on August 23,
1994.
RESOLVED, the Town Manager is authorized to sign for the payment of services
specified in the work order request and consultant agreement, for $16,700 and a contingency
of $1,700.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 21st day of November, 1994, by the following vote:
