RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO MODIFY AN
AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE PROJECT
MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE LOS GATOS
BOULEVARD WIDENING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town has entered into agreement with Willdan Associates to
provide magagement and inspection services for the Los Gatos Boulevard Widening project
pursuant to Resolution 1994 -42.
WHEREAS, this agreement provided for these services for an estimated 50 days
of construction and administrative processing for a maximum cost of $55,332.
WHEREAS, the construction project will extend beyond the estimated 50 days
and will therefore require additional management and inspection services from Willdan
Associates.
WHEREAS, Willdan Associates has submitted a revised estimate for the
additional cost of these services.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos modify Page 21 of Exhibit B to the
agreement with Willdan Associates for management and inspection services to increase the
maximum cost of these services from $55,332 to $101,432 and a contingency of $1,000.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21st day of November, 1994 by the following vote:
