RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE
TOWN MANAGER TO PURCHASE A SHARP SD 3062
DUPLICATOR AND TO EXECUTE A MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT FOR THE DUPLICATOR
WITH OMI OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California:
WHEREAS, the Town solicited proposals and bids to supply a duplicator with
maintenance services for Town Hall; and
WHEREAS, a Town committee has evaluated the bids submitted, the duplicators
proposed, and the costs of maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the proposal submitted by OMI of California for a Sharp SD 3062
Duplicator purchase with provision of maintenance services is the lowest and most cost
effective for the Town's needs,
THEREFORE:
1. The Town of Los Gatos should purchase a Sharp SD 3062 Duplicator, and
the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to purchase such a duplicator from
OMI of California for the price of $20,679.69.
2. The Town Manager is further directed and authorized to enter into a the
agreement with OMI of California for maintenance services for the Sharp Duplicator as
contained in Exhibit A hereto at the rate of .0077 per copy, per month, in the name and on
behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 21st day of February, 1995 by the following vote:
