A RESOLUTION COMMENDING LEE CHASE
FOR HIS SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
WHEREAS, Lee Chase served as a member of the Planning Commission from
January 7, 1985 to February 8, 1995; and
WHEREAS, during this period he unselfishly contributed his time, energies and
capabilities to both the Commission and the community; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service deserves
special recognition;
WHEREAS, he has given his time to advance the planning process within the
Town; and,
WHEREAS, during his tenure Lee served on the following committees:
a. General Plan Committee
b. Route 85 Committee
c. Redevelopment Advisory Committee
WHEREAS, Lee assisted the Planning Commission in the following major studies
and projects:
a. Floor Area Ratio in Residential Zones
b. Second story additions
c. Traffic Policy revisions
d. Legalizing existing Secondary Units
e. Route 85 General Plan Amendment
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation
to Lee Chase for his service to the Town and its citizens as a member of the Planning
Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at a
regular meeting held this 21st day of February 1995, by the following vote:
