RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH L.C. ACTION POLICE SUPPLY OF SAN JOSE
FOR PURCHASE OF PATROL VEHICLE EQUIPMENT
FOR TWELVE (12) 1995 MODEL CHP CLASS "E" SPECIAL SERVICE VEHICLES
WHEREAS, in January, 1995 Council authorized the purchase of twelve (12) 1995
CHP Class "E" Special Service vehicles, including vehicle equipment and equipment installation;
and
WHEREAS, on April 19, 1995 L.C. Action Police Supply of San Jose was awarded
a contract by the State of California for the purchase of federal signal visual warning lightbars,
center consoles, microphones, and shot gun racks.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into an agreement with L.C. Action
Police Supply of San Jose for purchase of patrol vehicle equipment for twelve (12) 1995 Model
CHP Class "E" Special Service Vehicles, and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby
directed, to execute said agreement in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 17th day of May, 1995 by the following vote:
