RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CHANGE ORDER 2B FOR THE AGREEMENT
WITH OCS TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
WHEREAS, the current agreement with OCS Technologies provides for certain
software installation, and it has been determined that it would be more economical to not purchase
the SLETS interface software;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized, and
is hereby directed, to execute Change Order 2B for the agreement with OCS Technologies, Inc.
attached as Exhibit A in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of June, 1995 by the following vote:
