RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH HEWLETT PACKARD
FOR SUPPORT SERVICES
WHEREAS, an agreement for support services to the Police Department's computer
system is necessary to maintain its operational condition; and,
WHEREAS, the Town desires to align the annual support services agreement with
the fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, a pro- rated, four -month support services agreement is offered by
Hewlett Packard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is authorized, and
is hereby directed, to execute an agreement with Hewlett Packard for support services attached
as Exhibit A in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of June, 1995 by the following vote:
