RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING SANTA CLARA COUNTY
CITIES ASSOCIATION BY -LAWS AND AUTHORIZING TOWN MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AGREEMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SANTA CLARA
COUNTY CITIES ASSOCIATION, A SECTION OF THE PENINSULA DIVISION OF
THE LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos entered into an agreement with the Santa Clara
County Cities Association by adopting Resolution 1990 -33; and
WHEREAS, the Town also approved Santa Clara County Cities Association by -laws
on March 18, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Cities Association has requested revisions to
those by -laws and that agreement with which the Town agrees.
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into an agreement with the Santa
Clara County Cities Association for general administration of the Association, and that the Town
Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute agreement in the name and on behalf
of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of June, 1995 by the following vote:
