RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO FILE AN APPLICATION WITH THE OFFICE OF
EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, that the Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the
Town of Los Gatos, a public entity established under the laws of the State of California, this
application and to file it in the Office of Emergency Services for the purpose of obtaining
certain federal financial assistance under P.L. 93 -288 as amended by the Robert T. Staffo
Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, and /or state financial assistance under
the Natural Disaster Assistance Act of Flood, which occurred from March 13, through April
19 of 1995.
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos, a public entity established under the laws of the
State of California, hereby authorized its agent to provide to the State Office of Emergency
Services for all matters pertaining such state disaster assistance the assurances and agreements
required.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
This decision constitutes a final administrative decision pursuant to Code of Civil
Procedure Section 1094.6 as adopted by section 1.10.085 of the Town Code of the Town of
Los Gatos. Any application for judicial relief from this decision must be sought within the
time limits and pursuant to the procedures established by Code of Civil Procedure section
1094.6, or such shorter time as required by state or federal law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 12th day of June, 1995 by the following vote.
