RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK FOR BELGATOS
PLAYGROUND PROJECT 475PBELL
WHEREAS:
On November 7, 1995, the Town Council approved additional funding for
Belgatos Playground Project 475PBELL.
The project was completed in conformance with the plans and specifications on
June 6, 1995.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Project 475PBELL, Playground Installation is hereby accepted as
complete pursuant to the plans and specifications for the project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of June, 1995 by the following vote.
