RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO PURCHASE A
REFURBISHED RICOH- FT5570 DUPLICATOR
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California:
WHEREAS, the Town solicited proposals and bids to supply a duplicator for the
Community Services Department; and
WHEREAS, the Community Services Director has evaluated the bids submitted, the
duplicators proposed, and the costs of maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the proposal submitted by Better Office Systems for a Ricoh FT5570
Duplicator purchase with provision of a three -year, no cost warranty is the lowest and most cost
effective for the Department's needs;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The Town of Los Gatos should purchase a Ricoh FT5570 Duplicator, and the Town
Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to purchase such a duplicator from Better Office
Systems for the price of $4,983.36.
