RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH TENANTS FOR FY 1995 -96
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that the Town
Council authorize the Town Manager to execute: 1. lease agreements with tenants for FY 1995 -96
under the terms and conditions stated in the lease agreement attached as Exhibit A and as specified
below; and, 2. future lease agreements with tenants so long as they conform to the adopted Town
budget.:
