RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR
PROJECT 9511 - REROOFING CIVIC CENTER LIBRARY
AND SERVICE CENTER VEHICLE MAINTENANCE BUILDING
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project 9511 - Reroofing of the Library and the Vehicle
Maintenance Building; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Building and Engineering Services has presented Plans and
Specifications for Project - 9511 - Reroofing of the Library and the Vehicle Maintenance Building;
and
WHEREAS, that these Plans and Specifications entitled "TOWN OF LOS GATOS PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS - PROJECT 9511 - REROOFING OF THE LIBRARY AND VEHICLE
MAINTENANCE BUILDING ", dated June, 1995, on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, are
hereby approved; and
RESOLVED: That the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise, as
required by law, for the receipt of sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the work specified in the
aforesaid Plans and Specifications, which said advertisement shall be substantially in accordance
with the Notice to Bidders attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, California, held on the 19th day of June, 1995, by the following vote:
