RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
INCREASING CIP PROJECT 473 -CHI85
WHEREAS:
On September 6, 1994, the Town Council authorized the Town Manager to
execute an Agreement with the Santa Clara County Traffic Authority.
2. The Traffic Authority paid $415,200 to the Town to complete Route 85
landscaping on Town streets.
Town staff and Traffic Authority negotiated an additional $8,440 for items not
completed by the Traffic Authority's Contractor.
RESOLVED:
A. The Town Council approve increase in CIP Project 473 -CHI85 by $8,440.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 17th day of July, 1995 by the following vote.
