RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE 1995 -00 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET AND THE 1995 -96 OPERATING BUDGET
AND AUTHORIZING FUNDING FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS
AND REINSTATING THE JUNIOR ENGINEER POSITION
WHEREAS, the Town Council adopted as the budget for the Town of Los Gatos for
fiscal years 1995 -2000 the schedule entitled "A Capital Improvement Summary 1995 -2000 "
Schedule of Source and Use of funds on June 5, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has considered and reviewed amending the 1995 -00
Capital Improvement Budget and the 1995 Operating Budget and authorizing funding for street
improvements and reinstating the Junior Engineer position as found in the attached Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 7th day of August, 1995 by the following vote.
COUNCIL MEMBERS:
AYES: Randy Attaway, Joanne Benjamin, Steven Blanton, Linda Lubeck,
Mayor Patrick O'Laughlin
