BLISS POINT PRODUCTIONS, LLC 8 events 1 year agreement with option to renew $30,000 Town contribution (stage, sound system, sound engineers & waste management) Bliss Point to raise $50,000 through sponsorships for coordination, management & booking of talent Collaboration with NUMU for the development of educational music exhibits Reduced Town contribution by $10,000 over 2 years LOS GATOS MUSIC IN THE PARK EXLPORATORY COMMITTEE 11 events (10 MIP events + 1 Los Gatos Park Dance) 1 year agreement with automatic option to renew contingent on performance $6,000 Town Grant One -time payment of Special Event Permit fee Town provided security for each event Use of Council Chambers for green room Town provided waste & recycling s ervices Town provided stage + labor Electricity & Lighting P arking along E. Main Street, a row in the Library parking lot and Civic Center back and side parking lots MUSIC IN THE PARK
CONCLUSION Staff recommends that the Council discuss and provide direction regarding the Music in the Park Summer Concert Series proposals.
